Need help. Every time I try to run Martinsville in a season the pace car
goes off and the race never starts. The stupid announcer keeps saying stay
behind the pace car but the pace car is not on the track. HELP!!!!!

I don't have an answer but I would like to say that the same happened to me
when a buddy and myself were racing each other on-line. I thought it was
just a connection problem but now I see it's more than that. If I hear of a
fix I'll post it.

Run a full pace lap.

You are likely passing the pace car. Then
when he jumps out for a restart he gets caught in traffic.
Take a look at the replay and choose "pace car" view.
It will likely show you the pace car being ram-rodded by the
poor short-track AI.

Best idea is to stay behind the pace car just like they say. Don't speed up
until green flag waves.

known bug. workaround is put on full pace lap
