Nascar 99 & video cards

I'm debating between upgrading my video card to the VooDoo3 w/3dfx or
the Diamond Viper 770 with the Nvidia TNT2 Ultra processor.

Anybody running Nascar 1999 with these cards and have any comments?  Or
any other cards for that matter.  I'm running a PII 333Mhz with 128Mb of
SDRAM.
