N2 patch--how do I install it?

     I used Sierra AutoUpdate to download the patch for Nascar 2. The problem
is, I can't get it installed. When I double click on patch.exe (as per readme
file) I get an error messege "could not find the patch file patch.rtp".

     Is there another download site? I think Sierra AutoUpdate sucks.

Sierra's autoupdate downloads and apply's updates automatically. I do not
beleive it does the "patch",  the one one the save game feature. You will
need to download it from Sierra's website and install it yourself, or, it
comes with the GNS expansion pack. If you do download and install it, be
careful to pick the correct patch, it is determined by the date of your
exe
