I would like to know how much the track pack for Nascar Racing is
going to cost I hope it doesn't cost to much money.

I talked to 2 stores here in Atlanta this morning. Software Etc. Has a release
date of May 31, 1995 and Babbage's has a release date of
June ??, 1995. Babbage's has a $34.99 price tag for it (once it's out). Sounds
a bit high to me.

You can order it direct from Papyrus (1-800-836-1829). The price for
3.5" disks is 24.99 (+ $5 S/H) and the CD ROM is $29.99 (+S/H). They
should be shipping them around the 22nd. So, I guess the price from your
software store isn't too bad...once you add S/H, it's the same price.
The software stores I went to around here (Raleigh, NC) didn't know what
I was talking about????

Electronics Boutique has it here for $23.95. Plus I can use a $3 coupon
towards it. Yeehaw!

The ones up here in PA knew what I was talking about, but, didn't have a
clue as to when they would (eventually) get it. So I mail ordered it
from Papyrus (made it a next day shipping order for $5 more).

Are there any differences between the disk and cd versions? If not, I
don't see why anyone would pay extra for the cd version..

I picked it up 5/19/95 $27.95 for the CD version.

The CD version copies the track files to the hard drive (approx. 15
meg). The only reason for getting on CD is for convenience and the
hopes that the medium doesn't go bad in a couple of years.
