I also bought one on Wednesday (first one I've seen) and my review is
much less enthusiastic.
To answer Bleys question: Yes, you can set it up single or dual axis,
which is very nice.
The pedals pop up on me, I don't use the shifter, the paddles are
great. Haven't adjusted pedal tension--seems fine the way it is. The
grip is excellent--very comfortable in my hands.
Don't like: the shape--the position of my hands is giving me a
horrible backache; the feel of the wheel: in a non-FF game, like GPL,
you can turn off the FF, which results in the wheel sort of aimlessly
or resitance-lessly turning left and right OR you can turn on the FF
and drag the damn thing from side to side.
It's only been two days, but I'm not happy with the wheel so far. I'd
wait a bit if I were you guys. I haven't given up on it yet, but I'm
getting close... And I had such high hopes for this wheel, too... :(
