I dont see how sierra is worried about savegame's decreasing the realism, i
would be more worried about how the pitcrew stand there on the other side
of the wall, whilst your car is being fixed, no denting in the doors & no
rolling, that was a bit of a letdown, nealy all new sims now have x,y,z
axs, i dont see why they didnt include it in N2

They evidently weren't. But since Papy didn't come out and say why it was
left out, several reasons for this were suggested, and then the war was on.
According to someone, whose name starts with Adam, at Papy, the feature was
left out due to time constraints. Hey, why would he lie??
But is has been, and will continue to be fun to respond to the ' realistic
mode ' hardliners, who think a save game feature is unrealistic, but still
condone, and use, the pause button. Little bit of a double standard isn't
it?
