I've noticed that there's no mention of it in R.A.S., but yesterday I
picked up a perf editor for GP2. Since one is pretty much in demand I
thought I'd post about it letting you know there's one going around.
Unfortunately, I don't know where I got it from, but I do know the
I think I got it off the www.xs4all.nl server.

You can edit power and grip for races and qualifying - BTW, the reason
you go faster in qualifying IS because you have more power - most cars
have an extra 10 bhp. I haven't had a chance to fiddle around with it
yet though.
