    Have you installed the "patch" for Formula 1?  If you have a 3Dfx based
card you can get the patch from 3Dfx's website.  Also, in Formula 1, choose
"Analog Joystick" as your control (DO NOT calibrate from within Formula 1).
Your wheel should work fine.
