Thrustmaster GP pulling to the left bad

Lately my GP wheel has been pulling to the left, no matter how much
I calibrate it.  I am using the port on my AWE64, and the DX5 Game
Controllers panel.  I am going to try the ACM gamecard and Pro Panel
this weekend, but I suspect the wheel itself is doing this.  I've had no
other trouble until now.
Would this be the 'sticking pots' I've heard so much about in this
group?  And how do I fix this?  Can I lubricate something inside the
wheel, or will Thrustmaster send me a new pot?  What's the best way to
contact them?  Thanks.

Sounds like a defective pot to me! I've had the same problem. After
contacting thrustmaster at www.thrustmaster.com (they have a page dedicated
to this problem http://www.thrustmaster.com/support/gp1/help.htm) they sent
me a new one (and a very short description on how to install it)

I would try the ProPanel software first.  You could also download the TMS.exe
utility to get a better view of how your controller is working.  If you need

I had the same problem, except mine pulled to the right. I replaced
the steering POT and that fixed it. However your problem may be
something else. Go to www.thrustmaster.com and check out the
"Tech Support" section, they have a pretty good FAQ there that
may help.

Your pot could just be "dirty".  Find a "tuner-switch"
cleaner/lubricant at an electronics parts store.  You can spray this
inside the steering pot and it should bring it back to life.  (It's alot
easier than replacing the pot).  For full information on GP1 (and other
Thrustmaster wheels) maintenance and "fixes", check out Alison's Racing
page.  She has a wonderful section on Thrustmaster controllers and their
upkeep.  <http://www.nh.ultranet.com/~alison/racing/>

Whoops....  Forgot to answer the rest of your question.  The best way to
contact them is via phone.  However, you can send them e-mail, but this
method seems to have been "hit-or-miss" in the past.
