f1rs hang in menu after racing

I am getting a hang after going into a menu after racing in f1rs for a
little while. I run a timed practice session and go into the garage to
change tires and adjust some settings. When I go back to the track the
things just hangs with a black screen.

I fixed this problem by changing the CD_ON_OFF=ON to CD_ON_OFF=OFF in
SND_CPA.INI
