GPL Rank: another 107% question

I'm a bit confused. My overall rank is in the low 500's somewhere but in the
107% relative ranking I'm 211. That doesn't make much sense to me (although
it does help my ego). Shouldn't those two rankings be fairly similar? Math
wizards: help me out here.

     I've noticed the same thing.  Maybe 107% doesn't put you in the
ranking unless you ask to see it?
