Since you can correct warp times by re-submitting your player.ini, I
would say that yes, you best times will be overwritten when you submit
from home.
However, from GPLRank you should be able to restore your player.ini
from your work to your house and back (the "restore your player.ini"
feature). As long as you restore the player.ini with all your PB's
before you set a new one on either machine, you could probably use
this to keep the two in sync.
If you do get the two messed up, you can always edit the files and
manually "re-sync" them.
