I downloaded a carset and was looking at the ratings of the drivers and they
looked really different from the ratings of the drivers from the original
ratings.  It is not that they are different but they don't look right.  Is
there a program that would easily manage the driver ratings.  Maybe one that
would show the ratings in a spreadsheet type display so you could change the
ones you want.

I have a MSFF wheel and was wondering how to set the Damping in the controls
setup.  It is set to zero now.

Anyone have a driver rating list for Brian Vickers.

   Yes, there is a guy at The Racing groove who compiles weekly ratings
updates.  So you get a field that resembles the combined races so far.
Earnhardt Jr, Kahne, Kenseth and Stewart should be running near the front
fairly often.  
   You can apply these ratings by downloading the N4 Utility machine from
the uspits.com.  Then download the driver ratings file from The Racing
groove. http://www.theracinggroove.oteracing.com/index.php
Make sure that ALL the cars are enabled in nr2k3 and then run the program.
Follow the instructions to import the ratings file and it 'should' do the
rest.  :)
