N4 Can't hardly hear spotter

SB live, Directx-8.   I have spotter and volume at 100% and everything
else down in the ***s... Still can barely hear spotter.

Any thoughts?  Help?

Just a wild guess, but did you check your sound settings in windows?
Maybe you have the volume for wav files set to low in windows or
something like that.
