ICR2 Qual Modify ?

Does anyone knows where to find a program that can modify Ai Qual speeds to
your own q.speeds.I just don't want to change opp.str. every race.
I know it's out there somewhere but i can't remember:-(

Edit the LAP time in the track.txt file.

It's the qual average speed.

Patrick,

Go to www.vii.com/~danej and download CRHQ (Cart Racing Headquarters) by
Dane Johnson. It's very similar to NRHQ for Nascar 99 and lets you modify
just about anything in the sim quite easily. You won't be disappointed.

Actually it's the BLAP number in the track.txt file. This number divided by
the OPPS gives you a pretty close indicator of what the fastest AI
qualifiers will qual at. There is also the RELS number which affects the
speed of the AI cars during the race, but not during qualifying.
