Viper Racing resolution question

I have Voodoo2 card, and the best resolution I can get on Viper Racing is
640x400.  When I first installed it, I got had the option for 800x600, but the
colors were faded almost completely gone.  I download the patch.  Now I get
colors, but I no longer have the option for 800x600.

Does anybody know if 800x600 is possible with good colors?

  The basic answer is hell yes the colors are great at 800x600 and I have an
outdated 4MB STB 128 card.  Maybe you need to update your drivers.  Paul
