From what i have heard don't expect it before The end of THIS
year.TEN is still working out some problems, plus there is some problems
yet with it running out of windows so dont get your hopes it it will be
fall before they have it up and running if then.

When is NRO going to start?

The guy at TEN responsible for the project has said it will start in July.
Does that mean August? Man I'm looking forward to some WARP free 30+

According to the article in the Program I
got from the Miller 500 in Dover last week,

NRO is kicking off in May 1997

I'm personally not nearly as concerned as to when
it'll be launched as long as they get the problems
with it resolved first. I'm still personally very sceptical
as to it's success with regards to latency issues.
