For those of us who use unlimited internet accounts anyway, here is an
alternative for TEN.  Since the TEN connect is via the Concentric
Network, I asked TEN customer service about using a regular Concentric
account for TEN access.  Here is the important part to the reply:

With this setup you can get relatively competitive Internet access

available, and pay no additionnal internet access fees to TEN (the 95c
per hour surcharge).  Looks like I'll be signed up with Concentric for
my ISP here pretty soon.

Now, if we could just get the NRO pricing structure, we could plan our
budgets for next year.

That's for TEN, there will be an additional charge on top of that for
the NRO.  It would be nice if they'd release the NRO charges so we
could get off of TEN and start ***ing about that for a while <g>.
