Where can I get Utilities for GPL? Rather curious about what the Engine
swapper does.

Just because someone uses the Enginechanger utility, does not make them
an automatic cheater..
The F2/FD & F3/FG communitys within GPL on-line, use the Enginechanger
utility to put "slower" engines in the F1 cars.
We use the F1 chassis with a F3 engine (FG class) and the F1 chassis
with the F2 engine (FD class).
Both of those classes produce excellent racing for the lower powered
cars in GPL, and there are many on-line leagues now beginning to
adopt these two new classes of cars, in favour of the fake trainers
that we used to have to use.
