Can anyone tell me what kind of performance they have gotten from
playing GP2 on the new Intergraph Reactor Video Card.

How does it compare in frames per second to say the Hercules Dynamite
128/Video Card (which I own).  I have seen some  posts that say that the
difference is neglible in GP2 when it comes to Video Cards.

Thanks in advance!

There's been a lot of talk about "Rendition Ready". At this point I'm a
bit confused.  Is rendition ready a software feature or a hardware
implementation?  Any info that clears this up will be appreciated.

It's a software feature.  Basically it means the game has been specifically
designed to take advantage of the Rendition cards' 3D acceleration
features.

The performance difference will vary but should be at least as
good or somewhat better when running the game in VESA mode.  As
I understand GP-2 is a 2D game and not rendition ready.  Reactor
is designed around Rendition and will accellerate those games at
blinding speed.  Since Reactor is VESA complaint, it should do
what any other card will do.  DMA may slighly enhance the
performance of the game.  I would recommend that the GP-2 fans
unite in requesting a Rendition Ready version of the game.
