I'm running Nascar in SVGA with most of the graphics off. Will this new
chip let me turn on more graphics on and keep the frame rate up? If it
does I want to buy one before N2 comes out. Thanks Pat

First off, a P100 can not run Nascar in SVGA with everything on at what I
would deem an acceptable frame rate (20+). Even with grass and track
textures off, I still don't think it would (even my P120 didn't).
As for what to buy, it's definitely a trade off you have to decide on. For
the money, the new Video card will give you the biggest bang for the buck
(under $200). Because the Rendition cards so some onboard geometry setup,
it does takes some of the load off of the CPU.

So, go figure. Ask again tomorrow, that's when I
Ya, I would love to hear your input on everything. If you just wanted
to email and tell me what you think of it, and what I would expect with
my lowly p60, I would appreciate it. 'Cause unfortunately, I am
seriously considering buying the card. Ai ya, I need a life.
Thanks in advance
