I saw that the Pits had the GPL Watgens Glenn track converted to N1999 (even
though it has been pulled at papys insistence). This brings me to wonder, if
it can be converted to N1999, then it, and other tracks, can be converted to
ICR2. What are the chances of someone converting some of those GPL tracks
and posting the patches (less papy code of course) for both ICR2 and N1999?
On a side note, is anyone making their own tracks? I have an idea for a
fantasy track and have NO clue at all on even how to get started.

They are working on a full-blown GPL track editor.  They are still in the
development stages, but are making fine progress...
