F12002 & GTR2002 - Kick back to desktop

I've been playing these 2 games in Windows 98SE without any problems. But
after I installed Win XP and re-install both F12002 & GTR 2002, I keep
getting kicked to the desktop after finishing a race or leaving a race
circuit. Help anyone? Thank you.

My system :
Athlon XP 1600
DDR 512mb
Shuttle Mainboard
Geforce 4 Ti4200 128mb
SoundBlaster Live
WinXP Professional
DirectX 8.1
