The usually respond pretty fast. Last time I wrote them it took only 2

Probably that same ***y autoresponder they had working before the
release of the game. I once sent it my weekly shopping list in a fit of
pique, and yet I _still_ got back the 'Thank you for your interest in
GP2...' form letter. Hah! There's nothing like a personal response and
(audience groan) that was nothing like a personal response.

I never got an auto response when I sent e-mail to that address. So far a
real person has always replied. I only got an auto reponse from them when
I filled
out that form that they used to have on their web page.
