We have a small offline league (basically a couples fun league so we
run Arcade) and most of us are competitive at most of the tracks. At
Atlanta most of us can't even keep up with the pack... Is there an
ajustment in one of the track files to slow down the AI a bit?

You might want to state what racing sim you are talking about...

Just before you load track or what not, you should have settings you can
see, if you don't there is a place to click to unhide the settings for the
track, again just before you load it.
