it is a shareware utility that was originally developed to
deal with Win95's problem of not being able to center
a joystick during calibration. Hence the name....

But the little program has evolved into a pretty nifty
item that allows you to tailor how much reaction your
stick measures. Many guys here have been using it
to Desensitize(new word) their brake pedals for GPL
so that they are less prone to lock up. Of course if the
FIA found out about this they would ban monitors to stop
sim drivers from using driver aids...
