Well it depends.. I upgraded to the Pentium 4 and a GeForce2 video
card.  Others turn the details down.  We have no idea what you have.
If you're running GeForce, for example, put it on OpenGL.  You'll need
to provide us with some details before we can make recommendations...

Press the F key. You'll see some numbers in the upper right. That's your
frame rate.

If you're trying to figure out hom many fps you are getting, press the
"F" key.
