You need to be in an account with Administrator rights, not "the" Administrator account, then go into Control Panel/Administrative Tools icon. Click on Computer Management, and on the Action menu in Computer Management, click Help. On the Contents tab, open the tree for Indexing Service. It'll give you complete details.
