It's the same group of people. Kyle Crouse does the web programming
and helps out Shawn Morris with accounting and billing issues. Jayme
Blackmon does the graphics and helps out with Marketing. Chris
Blackman works with Kyle on the rankings, Matt Thomas does the OLRtv
every Wed and Thursday nights, as well as the Shootouts every month.
Edward Alexander is the CEO of the company and we work together on
financial matters.
We've had some challenges along the way, but things are finally
starting to blend together. As I have told members before, during the
last 12 months since we did the Flashpoint/OLR merger, I have thought
many times to give up and break it off. There was many times I
doubted myself if this was all worth it. There were times we have
bickered back and forth, but we hung in there and kept working as much
as possible. I keep reminding myself of what Harriet Beecher Stowe
once said...
"When you get in a tight place and everything goes against you, till
it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give
up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn."
I still think we have much work ahead of us and changes to do for the
better, but we are finally heading in the right direction.
