They would be unlikely to be arranged in the way another game
needs it for things like ground height checking, determining what
to draw and what to ignore, etc. How much help having a bunch of
polygons to start from is to third party track developers I
wouldn't know.
There could of course be lots of legal issues that aren't in
my area of expertise :), but the technical issues seem daunting
enough.
