Help with N2 Painting? Color palette?

by Michael Peters » Tue, 10 Dec 1996 04:00:00

I am having problems importing decals onto the cars and then into N2. Is
there a color palette out yet? I tired maiking a palette from an exported
car, but when I import it back in after repainting, the colors are
screwy. Any suggestions? IWCC has made some excellent cars...maybe ya'all
can help?

There are a lot of colors that aren't allowed on the cars anymore. Chris
Frederick has a new N2 paint pad that has the colors that are usable. If
you import a decal, you'll probably have to use the color replacer to
change some of the colors. Follow the URL in my sig to the car painting
tips for a link to Chris' site and also some hints on how to get around the
problems. I haven't updated if for N2 yet, but the principle is the same.
