Does anbody know or have any info on
whether it's possible to hardware hack a simpler pc steering
wheel in order to make it work with Playstation/Gran Turismo..?

Not me personally, but something which did come to mind when reading
this was whether or not a standard PC wheel was any good when used
with Gran Turismo on the PC, using emulators such as Bleem?

With the ACT LABS Force RS, there is no need for hacking.  You can
purchase optional cartridges that will work on all major ***
platforms.  You might want to consider this option.

hmmmm,this was interesting.Then I wouldn't have to get a
playstation + extra wheel just to be able to play GT.......
