SCGT: Control Assignment Problem

I have an original TSW with the split axis mod. SCGT doesn't recognize
the brake pedal even though Win98 and DX7.0a does. My TSW works on
every other sim I have. Anybody know why SCGT is having a problem?

hold down the pedal that isn't being recognised while SCGT loads, then it
will calibrate.
is the vis damage 2 patch available for sp3 anywhere?

Another option that seems to work is to download the RS Shifter patch
(v1.56) from www.actlab.com

With this patch, apparently all controller recognition problems go away (at
least they did for me)

  i beleive it is included in the 3.1 update to the 3.0 Service pak.
