F1RS and Velocity 128

F1RS and Velocity 128

I have got a PII with a Velocity 128 with the most recent STB video drivers.
I can not get rid of the black lines around the trees, and the graphics
don't look too great even though everything is turned on.  Is there
something that I can do to improve the graphics for F1RS.

Nothing other than adding a 3dfx card.
