Hint: I'm pissed off.

1) There has been too goddamn much chatter during the race. It will
stop right ***in' now.  Once we roll off from the grid, the idle
chit chat STOPS.  You will be BLACK FLAGGED if *I* think you're
talking too much.

2) There will be no more restarts for people who miss the start.  You
have five whole minutes to take a leak, get a drink, or spank your
monkey before the ***in' race starts.  Take the one lap penalty like
a man.

3) If you get wall-glued, DO NOT turn down into traffic. If it
happens again and if it results in an accident, you will be BLACK
FLAGGED.

4) If you see smoke ahead of you, SLOW THE *** DOWN UNTIL YOU CAN
SEE WHAT'S HAPPENING. If you don't have smoke on TURN IT ON.

5) If you're having problems seeing down the track, then in the name
of ***in' safety, ride the ***in' roof so you can see further down
the ***in' track.

In other words...your gettin back to normal after the accident. Glad to hear
it. I missed today because I was painting the house so I have no idea about the
chat today but I think your over reacting on item 1. I only chat (other than
auto) during cautions or after exiting the race. If one has caught the pack
under yellow, is in position and can maintain control of the car than I see no
problem. That said...I also understand rules and have no problem with them
either but can disagree with em. No problem with 2-5 either.

There is a rumour amongst the Brits that in RL, Nascar drivers SMS each
other all the time cos Nascar is boring...

That's just it.  Most people CAN'T keep control while typing.  If you're
following someone, you see them either slow suddenly, or drift to the side,
catch it, drift the other way, etc.  Then you see the chat and figure that's
what they were doing while the car was all over the track.  For me to type, I
have to reach OVER my wheel and try to peck out a message while also trying to
watch out for the guy in front of me(who may not be in total control).  It's
even a big hassle to reach the function keys to chat(pit in/pit out, etc.).  As
a result, I don't type very much.  If I want someone to pass low, I just go
high on the track.  They usually get the message...

In Formula 1 they could write a book since the cars all but drive themselves
and they never have to worry about attempting a pass.

Hehe...  When we started, I was against restarts.  But in a few races, someone
wanted a restart, and John restarted for them.  So this time, *I* restart for
someone, now John bans restarts.  I just can't win...<g>

Well, I did that because it seems like we have a lot of restarts
because someone wasn't in their chair when the pace car pulled off
the grid.  If you remember, i was one of the first to ask for a
restart yesterday so that steve wouldn't start a lap down.

I didn't have a problem with the RS Eldred.  It wasn't like we were
restarting because someone got spun... someone just missed the start
and at the time I felt like it was a good move.

I also don't have a problem with reiterating the fact that we all need
to be ready when the command to start engines is given.
