What I would like to see fixed is a late caution when the restart is single
file, the non lead lap cars should fall back to the end of the lead lap
field, not hold their positions as they do now.

cars are gathered up
pitted, this ends up being 3-4

I'm not the right person to answer this, since I can't remember ever
actually finishing a full length race...but a rule in Nascar and I'm
assuming Papyrus follows this is: in the last ten laps the racers line up
in single file with lapped cars at the back of the line.
