ToCa2 : Network game problem

ToCa2 : Network game problem

I have problems to start a network game in ToCa2.
I want to play it on 2 PC's. On 1 PC I can get a network game menu with
multiplayer options, but on the other PC the network game menu is empty, so
I can't host or even join a network game.
Is there anyone who knows how I can solve this problem?
