To enable standard and expert drivers you need to win a race at that circuit on
the next lowest setting i.e. winning at novice will enable standard etc.
To make this easier you can type "noai" (without the quotes) as your name to
disable the computer cars and set the length of the race to the minimum number
of laps. Being the only car in the race should make winning easy :-)
Two other cheats you may like are "cartastic" to enable all cars and "double"
to enable all tracks. To enable them properly you will have to win the
championship in the Toca cars and also in the bonus cars.
