Is there anyway to get beyond the novice level in IPX network play?
When we do Quick Network setup and put it to Standard or Expert, when
you get in the game it goes back to Novice,all other options not
available. Or does Championship racing and all that unlock these
features at a later date?

I *think* you need to be at this level yourself in TOCA2 before it
allows you to race at those higher levels in multiplayer modes. I also
*think* only one of you needs to be at the higher level?
