p166 32 meg ran 4meg mystique 220

why are the graphics jerky when there are other cars on the screen
the delay in graphics is that bad you end up hitting the other cars
is it because we need a 3dfx card or is it the 166hz chip not up to it
or a mixture of both

I have the same 4mb mystique 220 card but linked to a P11 300 and have no
jerkiness at all so i think it must be the 166hz chip not up to it in D3D
mode.A friend of mine has a 150hz machine with a 3dfx chip and he only has a
small amout of slow down on first corner. So it looks like you need to
upgrade your CPU or get a 3dfx chip or both would be the best if you can
afford it.
Sid.
