N99 ordered from Sierra...where is it?

I ordered N99 directly from Sierra, seemingly months ago!  Haven't receieved
it yet.  Anyone have similar problems?

I've had the same problem. I also requested 2nd day air. What a joke! I've
tried calling the company and was told "We have your order in the system.
You should be receiving it shortly." I guess their idea of shortly
differs from mine since I am still waiting. C'mon Sierra. Is this any way
to run a business??????

I ordered GPL months in advance and two days after it came out I bought it at a
local store, a week later I called cendant and their computer was down, a week
later I called and cancelled. The suits easily which side their bread is
buttered on.

N99 ordered from Sierra...where is it?

I ordered GPL months in advance as well, and when I realized that Electronic
Boutique had it for 35 dollars, I called up Sierra and had them cancel my
order, but their computers were down.  They said they would write it down and
when their computers were back up, they would put it into the computer that I
had canceled my order.  I bought GPL, and what do you think came a week later
via UPS?  GPL.  I had to send it back..........  Man.  I hope they can get it
right by the time NASCAR Racing 3 come out!! :)

I've encountered this problem quite a few times with them.  Seems like
orders get bounced from their system relatively easily.  Stay on them if you
want your software.
