I can't find ICR2 from Sierra but only Cart Racing from Sierra. Are the 2 games
the
same except for name? I want to use the converter for GPL. TIA

From what i understand yes.  I think it was a liscencing deal since the name
changed from CART Indy Cars to CART Champ Cars (Indy Cars as of 1996 referring
to IRL).
