realized that
the cars had a bad loose condition. Not being a IRL and or CART engineer I
cranked up the rear wing angle with not much improvement !

Before turning up the rear wing, for a loose condition I would either
soften the rear AR bar, or soften the rear shocks. Failing that,
stiffen the frt AR bar and/or shocks. These methods can help balance
your car without the performance hit that raising the rear wing will
ultimately bring with it. Lowering wings should be a first priority, but
raising them should be only a last resort!!
