I was making a 1997 calender and setting up the second Dover to be 400
laps instead of 500 but it seems that the amount of laps are hard coded
into the file. Unless it doesn't work for the Quick race mode. If it
works in Champ mode but not Quick Race it sounds like a bug to me. As
you can chose which event in race order so you would think it would be
set up right.

So you CAN edit the lap count for all races at a track, but not
individual
races.
