From what I hear there's nothing on RS2 coming out for the PC.  From the
same source, I heard that the game still could be released for the PC, even
though no announcement is made.  The same happened with RS1.

No matter, it will be a port.  And games ported to the PC from consoles are
oftentimes weak endeavors.
