N2 V2x00 Dosfix Problem

    I lost my Nascar2 and ICR2 directories a couple weeks ago from a
hard drive crash, and I'm getting them both up and running again.  I
installed my BGN Expansion Pack on top of N2 and then tried to run the
Dosfix program so I can run it under DOS with my Stealth II.  This is
the error message I get:

End of file detected at offset +1397051
Patch failed..algorithm ended in vendor-seek state

    What the hell, man?  This is the same damn V2dosfix program I ran
last time, and I had BGN installed then as well.  I want to run this
from DOS as it's much smoother for me!  Anyone got any ideas??

Can you explain this dosfix to me and then I might be able to help?  I
thought you could run nascar2 in dos no matter what.

N2 V2x00 Dosfix Problem

    Silly me!  I was away for about five hours, and I came back to this
computer and somehow realized what I had been doing wrong!  I was running
the v2dosfix on nascar2.exe instead of nasrend.exe.  My mind just wasn't
there earlier I guess; too many crashes in GPL  I guess hehe.
