Hey Motorcycle Sim Racers !

I just downloaded the demo for GP500  and the readme file has a section
about HUD Controls.

So, what are HUD Controls ???????????????????????????????????????????

FWIW, I have been into Sim Racing for 1 1/2 years and I've never heard this
terminology !

HUD means "Heads Up Display", and refers to what info you may see on the
screen while riding.

The Hud is the data displayed along the edges of the screen (laptimes,
speed, gear etc.).
F1 through F4 determines what is shown:
F1: lap times, gear, speed, time interval
F2: same as F1, except current lap time and intervals pop up instead of
there all the time
F3: race positions
F4: pitboard only

In the***pitview you also have a little LCD scren which can show the
following (toggle with L):
page1: laptime
page2: total time
page3: speed and gear
page4: topspeed recorded

its unfortunatly currently only for onbike mode.  but in full they are creating
it so it will post the display of your dash on the screen.  but to switch on
the on bike view press l (if still on defult)
