 A few months ago a computer game company was working on a IRL racing game for
Pcs.What ever happened to it?And are there any plans to bring it out?

You may be referring to IRL Heat.  That actually is a free downloadable
add-on for Nascar Heat.

Its was canned after the console (n64?) version flopped. You may wanna check
out the IRL Heat 2001 addon if you have Heat.

Obviously you have never seen an IRL race at Texas Motor Speedway.  By far the
best oval racing I've ever seen on a consistant basis.  1st and 2nd place lapping
side by side, lap after lap at over 200 mph.  Yeh baby.
