LWFF 3.30 & DX7 prob

I just installed LW software 3.30 and DX7 (at the same time) and since then
my usb driver won't load.
ABIT BH6 MB sys properties for PCI USB controller says driver file vmm32.vxd
(ntkern.vxd) cannot load driver.

I can then assign the irq etc manually and is good....until next boot.

reinstalled vmm32 all the still the same.

Any ideas......anyone?!?!?!?
