I went and bought it today, and for the most part it runs just fine.
I think the thing that takes the most framerate hit is running 42 sets
of AI. I disabled track lighting as I couldn't really tell the
difference in quality. With these settings I get about 45fps at most
times, with a low of about 30 when lots of stuff happens on screen.
I'm probably most impressed with the dirt and grease that slowly
accumulates on the windscreen over the race, brilliant! I don't like
the way it suddenly disappears at the end of a pitstop though, they
should have one of the pit guys wipe it off.
